This is a fairly simple background that uses a few plugin filters and a program called 20/20
You will need to download and install the FM tiletools demo from
http://www.fantasticmachines.com/

You will need to download and install the Autocromatic filter from
http://www.namesuppressed.com/design/plugins.shtml
You will need to download and install the freeware program 20/20 from
http://www.hotfreeware.com/2020/2020.htm
I believe these filters come with thier own installers just install to your PSP plug-ins folder.
If you don't have a plug-ins folder yet you will have to first enable plugins in PSP
Go here for a mini tutorial on installing your first plug-in filter

Create new image 300x300 with transparent Background Open .tub or .psp file you wish to use for your background image. Shift+D to duplicate then close the original image
Making sure the image you just duplicated is active Image/Resize
Resize the PSP image to 250 pixels or less For the width and height
My graphic was taller than it was wide so I put 250 in the height and let the width adjust automaticly.
Now copy
Make your new transparent image active
and Paste as new layeror Ctrl+L
Go to Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen
Go to Effects/Plugin Filters/namesupressed and chose the Autocromatic filter.
chose two complimentary colors one Light and one darker but not too dark

Go to Effects/Plugin Filters/FM Tiletools/Blend Emboss
Bring the intensity up a little and The grey level too.

Don't worry about it showing a solid background in the preview

Go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten) Now click on Copy
Open 20/20 Go to Edit/Paste/paste as new image
Go to Image/Muted Background
slide the bar untill you get the amout of muting you like best.
To see how it looks hit the preview button , close the preview to change more or save
File/Save as
Chose the JPEG tab and set the quality.
Name your file and save to directory of your choice.

Now Place a copy of this background in your OE Stationery folder and use in the next group message you send in
This style of background has masses of possibilities and I really want to see what ya'll come up with :)
